4. Orders and Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other methods specified at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within Singapore and may take 3–5 business days, depending on location.

Delivery charges may apply and will be stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or courier issues.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 7 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, contact us at 8183 3801 with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

Refunds or exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, as well as all purchases made through it. By using the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

payment cannot be authorised;
the delivery information is incomplete or inaccurate;

a promotion has been used incorrectly; or

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

7. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Full payment is required when an order is placed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted. If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their additional terms and privacy practices may apply.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

are valid only for the stated period;
may be subject to eligibility, product or minimum-spend requirements;
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be applied retrospectively; and
cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

We may withdraw, suspend or correct a promotion where there is an error, misuse or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect an order already accepted unless the promotion was obtained through fraud or clear misuse.

9. Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses in Singapore unless otherwise stated at checkout. Estimated delivery times and charges will be displayed at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, supply issues, incorrect delivery details or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please check that your address and contact details are correct before submitting an order. Additional delivery charges caused by incorrect information, an unsuccessful delivery attempt or an uncollected parcel may be payable by you where permitted by law.

If an order appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed or dispatched.

If an order has already been dispatched, the returns provisions below will apply.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, used, unsealed or stored outside our control.

We will consider a return, replacement or refund where a product is:

damaged in transit;
defective;
incorrect; or
otherwise not in conformity with the order or applicable consumer law.

a description of the issue; and
clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label.

Do not dispose of or return a product until we provide instructions. Returns are subject to inspection. If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Original and return delivery costs are not refundable for change-of-mind or unapproved returns. Where we confirm that an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, reasonable return delivery costs may be reimbursed.

Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you may have under Singapore consumer law.

We cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity, condition, storage history or quality of products purchased from unauthorised sellers, marketplaces or third parties.
